In case you missed it at Element…

by doug on March 3, 2011 @ 5:10 pm

Here are two videos from the last week of Hot Mess. First it’s the only cover song we’ve ever performed where someone hatched out of an egg. Next is the video that the Element Creative Team put together using the definitions of purity and love that we got from everyone at Element. You never know what’s going to happen at Element. Make sure you’re there this week!

A HOT MESS at Element in February!

by doug on February 8, 2011 @ 3:08 pm

We’re really excited about our new series, which is all about sex, relationships, and dating. If you know someone who is interested in any of those topics (and I’m guessing they are), get them out to Element during Hot Mess! They may thank you for it later.

Also, we’re looking for your feedback on some After Element activities coming up. Keep checking our facebook fanpage and let your voice be heard!

Element U is back, Winter Retreat recap, & a Bonfire!

by doug on January 27, 2011 @ 5:16 pm

Huge weekend coming up at Element! We’re really excited for the first Element service since the Winter Retreat. And after Element this week you should stick around for a huge bonfire(!!) Not like the little kind that only 12 people can actually get close to. This one’s gonna be huge! Huge, I tell you! And we’ll have smores and extended worship time out there.

Then we’re firing up Element U again this Sunday morning. Did you watch the video yet? You should! Here it is:

See you this weekend!

Element is coming back soon… watch the Winter Kickoff video!

by doug on December 22, 2010 @ 2:35 pm

Christmas is exciting, and the Journey was amazing, but we miss having Element! Good thing is, we’re back on as of January 8th. Check out this video to get an idea of some of what’s going to be happening that night. Hope you have a great Christmas and New Year’s, and remember it’s all about Jesus!

Journey of the Lost Nugget

by doug on November 15, 2010 @ 1:25 pm

You should definitely watch this video from week 2 of our Lost Causes series. It’s the most moving film about a chicken nugget that has ever been made! Also, make sure you come out on November 20 for the third and final week of Lost Causes. We’re also having Element’s Got Talent after the element service this week… come and bring some friends!

Kyle’s Ultimate Challenge

There’s one last week to play Ultimate After Element. And this time, Kyle has a challenge for you. Watch this video…

The Fuse video!

by doug on May 17, 2010 @ 3:17 pm

So, if you’re moving up to 9th grade this year, we really want you to come to the Fuse. If you’re in high school already, we want you to find a new freshman and somehow get them to the Fuse. How bad do we want you to come? Watch this video…

Just cause I like you…

So there was this commercial from a few years ago that had a bunch of bouncy balls in it. I hadn’t seen it for a while, but it popped into my head today.  Enjoy.  : )

Student-Led Element & Sock Puppets!

by doug on March 28, 2010 @ 5:18 pm

So, last Saturday Element was totally run by our students, and they did an amazing job. It was really cool to hear how a lot of you guys are wanting to stand up for God just like Joshua and Caleb did.

If you missed it, you’ll definitely want to check out the podcast, which will be up soon. Until then, you can at least watch the sock puppet version of the story of Joshua and Caleb. Seriously. You owe it to yourself.
